Aphrodite

Aphrodite is the goddess of love and beauty.

She doesn’t have parents, because when Ouranos’s blood dripped into the sea, Aphrodite rose from the sea foam on a shell. Some say Ouranos is her father. He probably is, based on how Aphrodite was born.

Aphrodite is very dangerous. She can use her voice to persuade others, immortal and mortal to do what she wants. She can demand things and those demands will be done straightaway.

Her hair can change color.

Aphrodite has no brothers or sisters, though her elder half siblings are the Titans, Cyclopes, and the Hekatonkheires.

Aphrodite’s most famous sons are Aeneas and Eros.

Aphrodite can be very persuasive.

Her symbols are the dove, myrtle wreath, rose, scallop shell, and pomegranate.

Aphrodite’s Roman form is Venus.
